There are very few new graduates hired for press jobs, and they often start by joining an apparel company. It is common for people to get a job in a general position or a sales position, and then be selected when a press position is advertised within the company and become a press position. At OIF, there is a Press & Influencer Course in the Department of Fashion and Business.While learning the knowledge and skills necessary to work at a shop, you can use SNS and other digital media to create an image of brands and products. The short-term study abroad program for Super Designer is usually held for about 3 weeks between September and October. There are no restrictions on what you can wear to briefing session of OIF, so please come dressed as you like!

We hold fashion shows four times a year, in spring, summer, fall, and winter, giving many people the opportunity to see our work. There are many events such as the summer cultural festival and the autumn sports day. Everyone in the class has the same dress code and is having fun.

As for hair color, clothing, nails, and piercings, they are generally not prohibited as long as they are not excessive. However, it should be taken into account for things like internships and job hunting.

It is difficult to give an easy-to-understand answer to the question of the ratio of technical ability to thinking ability. Thinking ability (inventiveness) and technology are both important, so the curriculum is designed to help students acquire the ability to give form to their ideas. At OIF, we have four Japanese teachers who studied fashion in Italy, so you can learn foreign ways of thinking while staying in Japan. Japanese technology is more precise and they have better ability to give shape.

It's okay if you don't have a lock sewing machine. You can also stay after school and work in the sewing machine class.

Chromebooks will be distributed all at once to all four departments other than Super Designer, so there is no need to purchase them in advance.

Super Designer will not be distributing PC devices all at once, so each student will need to prepare (purchase) their own MacBook. Details such as recommended models will be notified separately before enrollment.

Isn't it important to know yourself? For example, body shape and color (skin, eyes, hair, etc.). There is a difference between what you like and what suits you, so by knowing yourself, you can highlight your strengths and hide your complexes. Express your charm not only with fashion, but also with your hairstyle and makeup!

I think it's really important to see a lot of good things, be interested in a lot of things, and keep your antenna up. Check out everything from movies, interiors, music, photos, etc. You will have more withdrawals. We also recommend checking out the collection, finding your favorite brand, and getting a feel for the clothes! I also think that sense is refined not only by sensitivity, but also by doing something consistently, so it is important to keep doing it steadily.

Many OIF graduates find jobs in Tokyo every year, such as stylist assistants and designers. What you can learn and do at school is more important than the location of the school. There are many big stages that can only be performed in OIF. For example, My Brand International Exhibition, long-term shop management, collaboration with industry magazines, etc. The experiences and connections you can gain there are unique to OIF.

I sometimes go to Tokyo to learn things, such as the Tokyo Collection, internships, and exhibitions.
