This course aims to help you become a pattern maker who can further enhance your image as a designer by acquiring the ability to freely express various designs and silhouettes. You will acquire knowledge and techniques that can be used in the workplace at famous brands and apparel companies.
Pattern making technology certification
We achieved the remarkable feat of passing the "Pattern Making Technology Certification Level 1" for 13 consecutive years. The Pattern Certification Grade 1 is one of the most difficult qualifications in the fashion industry, assuming 5 to 6 years of practical experience as a pattern maker, and the exam time is 6 hours.
Apparel CAD
Using Toray's apparel CAD system (Claire Compo II), you will learn processes such as pattern making and grading (size development). Proficiency in using CAD is essential, and it is a technology that is immediately useful at production sites.

In the second year, students learn pattern-making techniques for each item, and in the third year, they learn techniques suitable for pattern work at apparel manufacturers. I aim to pass the pattern making test level 1.
CAD (Computer-Aided Design)
Students will gradually learn operations such as pattern making, grading, and marking using CAD. Proficiency in using CAD is essential, and it is a technology that is immediately useful at production sites.
