Career support

Trust from the industry that has been cultivated over many years
Supporting employment and independence with thick pipes

OSAKA INSTITUTE OF FASHION offers many opportunities to improve individual skills, such as educational programs and internships that lead to a debut in the industry, and overseas study and training. In addition, a specialized section for job-hunting support, the Career Center, provides job-hunting guidance and information to students. In cooperation with the faculty in charge, the center is responsible for all aspects of job-hunting, such as counseling and mock interviews. In addition, a full support system, such as on-campus company information sessions and internships, has led to a stable record of employment every year. Alumni who studied at OSAKA INSTITUTE OF FASHION are still active in the fashion industry today as front-runners, and in this era when new value creation is required, the center also has an incubation program to support independent graduates who take on challenges in various fields, as well as an SNS-type platform.

Through internships and industry collaborations,
Sharpen your abilities as a ready-to-work force

OSAKA INSTITUTE OF FASHION places emphasis on practical experience through internships and industry collaborations. By experiencing work as a designer, pattern maker, seamstress, shop staff, stylist assistant, etc., students can quickly learn about the industry and acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to be immediately productive after graduation.

Collaborative classes with apparel companies

The collaborative class with TSI Co., Ltd. is a full-scale project that arranges an employee training program for students. With the theme of sales staff's ``aesthetic sense,'' you will learn through practical training, from basics such as facial expressions, posture, and vocalizations, to first approaches, styling suggestions, and cashier handling.

With seniors and prospective employees
discussion

Senior students who have received job offers will talk about their job hunting experiences. Using the materials they used in their job hunting, they will give advice on how to approach internships, how to ace interviews, and the key points for success. Support from seniors is also one of the strengths of OSAKA INSTITUTE OF FASHION.
