(Comprehensive selection)

AO（Admission office）Admission refers to the personality of the applicant.
This is an admission method in which admission is determined based on the student image desired by the school.

Our school's admission criteria are those who love fashion, want to study at Vautrail Fashion Academy, and have a strong desire to work in the fashion industry. Successful applicants will receive various benefits. Please also see the AO Admissions Guide page.

Entry qualification

◉ Applicants must be 18 years of age or older as of April 1, 2026, and have this school as their first choice.
* Those who have a thorough understanding of the school's educational content through briefing session of OIF, school guide, the school's website, etc.

  • * There are separate entry conditions for international students. If you are eligible, please contact our school office.

How to enter
Please complete the procedure using one of the methods [A], [B], and [C].

Enter the necessary information on our school's website to complete your AO entry.

*During the entry period, applications are accepted 24 hours a day.

[B]
Send the AO admission application form by registered mail to our school office.
[C]
Bring the AO Admission Application Form to our school office.

* Applications are accepted at the school office from 9:30am to 5pm Monday through Saturday. However, applications will not be accepted on July 28th (Monday), 29th (Tuesday), and August 7th (Thursday) to August 17th (Sunday).

Selection method
  • Interview (all departments)

    An interview will be conducted and the school will provide advice based on the applicant's aptitude, abilities, and wishes.

  • Practical assignments (Super Designer only)

    Attended practical training (design ideas) and produced works.

Result notification (AO admission application permission)

Notification method We will notify you by mail on the following dates.

[Third] Friday, September 26, 2025
Applicants who have been approved to apply for AO admission will be sent an ``AO Admission Application Permit'' along with the notification of the results.
  • * The results of the AO admission will be notified to the student and his/her current high school.
  • * The ``AO Admission Application Permit'' is required when applying. Please be careful not to lose it.
  • * Notifications will be sent by mail on the above schedule. Please refrain from inquiring about acceptance or rejection over the phone.

Applicants who have been admitted to AO must complete the application procedure within the above period.
 If there is no application within the period, the qualifications and benefits of "AO admission application permission" may be revoked.

  • Research report or transcript
    • * A report from the high school you graduated from, or a transcript from your university, junior college, or vocational school.
  • Graduation (expected) certificate
    • * Not required for those who are expected to graduate from high school in March 2026.
  • AO admission application permit
    • * Sent by our school along with the results notification.

How to apply
The application process is complete once you have submitted your application documents and paid the application fee.
  • * Even within the application period, applications may be closed once each department reaches its capacity.
Submitting your application
Please submit your application documents in one of the following ways:

Bring your application documents to our office.
  • * Reception hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. However, applications cannot be accepted on the following days.
  • Sundays and public holidays
  • Winter vacation period [December 24th (Wednesday) - January 4th (Sunday)]
  • Saturdays during spring break
  • School closure day

Send your application documents by registered mail to our school office.
  • * Application documents must arrive by the last day of the application period.

Apply online
  • Access the online application page on our school's website, enter the required information, and register your data.
  • Prepare the necessary documents and send them by registered mail to our school office or bring them to our school office.

Payment of entrance examination fee
Please pay the entrance examination fee using one of the following methods.
  • Transfer: Transfer the entrance examination fee to the account below.
    Bank: Resona Bank Mikuni Branch

    Mikuni Gakuen Educational Corporation
    * When making a transfer, please use the ``name of the examinee'' when making the transfer.
  • Direct payment: Pay at the school office using the smartphone app "PayPay".

  • Can be used in combination with designated school recommendation admission and general admission B, C, and D.
  • Special student exam available
    • * If you receive multiple tuition reduction/exemption benefits, the system with the largest amount of reduction/exemption will be applied. However, only exemption benefits for AO admission and designated school recommendation admission can be used together.

Notification of acceptance

You will be notified by mail within two weeks after completing the application procedure.

Benefits

  • 1. Only those who pass the AO can attend the pre-enrollment step-up seminar.
  • 2.As a scholarship measure for those who pass the AO exam, 50,000 yen will be reduced from the first semester tuition fee of the first year.
