Industry-leading faculty and lecturers
Be "ready to work" in a fully equipped environment
In the creative departments, students are directly taught by design teachers from top overseas schools, including Akira Sugiyama, who has trained many designers. In the business and Stylist, lecturers and teachers who are active professionals at the forefront of the industry generously impart their knowledge. This is why we are able to develop strong individuals who can compete on the world stage. In addition, with the optimal and comprehensive facilities, including not only 3DCG production devices and software, but also knitting machines and shop classes, students can acquire all kinds of know-how and skills here.

Design and Brand Planning: Akira Sueyama
Currently Creative Director and Head of the Academic Affairs Department OSAKA INSTITUTE OF FASHION. Graduated from our school. Studied abroad at POLIMODA in Italy after joining the faculty. Graduated top of her class in the Masters Course in Collection Design under Professor Linda Loppa, who is said to be the foster mother of the Antwerp Six, and returned to Japan with a master's degree. In 2008, she worked hard to establish Super Designer, and brought back what she learned abroad to education. She continues to teach as the department's head. She contributed to the establishment of a unique method that combines the strengths of our school, European "design ideas" skills, with the "technical skills" of patterns and sewing rooted in "Bunkashiki". She also contributed to the unrivaled achievements of OSAKA INSTITUTE OF FASHION in recent years. The "Sugiyama Children" attracted attention from the industry and built the foundation for their success in various fields. In addition to her teaching position, she is also active as a knit artist herself.

A spacious campus and a fulfilling learning environment. You will gain practical skills as you will use professional equipment and facilities every day.
They are the ones who convey the appeal of stores and brands and create "fans." To train such fashion advisors, we have established a new, fully-fledged shop classroom equipped with everything from cash registers and fixtures, lighting, fitting rooms to back-of-store storage. The classroom was designed and planned by TSI, which hosts sales role-playing contests and is also committed to training the next generation. This is a practical shop classroom produced by a major apparel company with a "professional perspective."
In addition to faculty members with many years of teaching experience, our instructors include many professionals who are active at the forefront of the fashion industry.
We carefully teach knowledge and techniques that can be put to use in the field.
We have strong connections with the industry and often receive practical training at fashion sites, so you can acquire the skills you need to be able to work immediately.
