FASHION BUSINESS

The basics of fashion business start here.
My goal is to become a fashion professional who can do what I love as a job.

This course is for people who aim to work in sales, planning, purchasing, or public relations in the fashion industry. You will acquire the communication skills, proposal skills, and digital skills that are essential for a shop. In the first year, all students learn a wide range of basic knowledge and skills, and discover their own interests and strengths. Suitable for people who want to be surrounded by clothes and love interacting with people.

Characteristics of Fashion Business

  1. 01 In your first year, you will learn broadly about fashion, acquire basic business skills, and identify the type of job that best suits your aptitude and interests.
  2. 02A special class on customer service techniques taught by a famous apparel company will include a full-fledged sales role-playing contest on campus.
  3. 03 During the internship in the second half of the first year, students will gain on-site work experience as staff at select shops, fashion buildings, and department stores.
  4. 04 From the second year, students can choose courses according to their desired job type, such as store manager, buyer, MD, etc. They also gain practical skills through corporate collaboration.
  5. Upon graduation in 2005 , students will actually set up a shop and practice all aspects of store management, including concept setting, buying, store configuration, PR, and sales.

Business Basics Course
Acquire knowledge and skills in the fashion business,
You will learn through practice how to run a shop, do social media marketing, procure products, and plan your business.

This course is for people in charge of sales, planning, purchasing, and advertising in the fashion industry. Learn basic marketing theory and understand the seasonal cycle of the apparel industry through market research. Analyze in-store product trends and sales strategies.

Sales work Ⅰ

Students will learn the basic movements necessary for fashion sales and practice through role-playing. We aim to hone customer service skills through new employee training classes in collaboration with companies, and become human resources who can immediately work.

Korean buying training
South Korea

Putting the product purchasing techniques learned in class to use, students will be able to purchase products to sell as part of their graduation project!
You will have an authentic buying experience at a night market in Seoul where Korean buyers gather.

As a culmination of learning,
An original shop will open at the graduation project presentation!

Second-year students Fashion Business presented four original shops at the graduation project presentation, which they handled from planning, purchasing, VMD, and sales. Each student completed a shop based on a unique theme, with a carefully selected selection that included the latest Korean fashion items purchased during their Korean buying training.
