Polimoda School Exchange Study Abroad System
For one year, you can study world-class creation at a top Italian school with no tuition fees. Upon graduation, you will receive a certificate of completion, which will not only help you find employment within Japan, but also serve as an opportunity to expand overseas.

Polimoda School Self-financed Study Abroad System
You can enroll in the Master's program or transfer to the 3rd or 4th year of the Undergraduate program with the benefit of partial tuition fee reduction. When you graduate, you can earn a formal degree, a Master's degree, or a Bachelor's degree. This will lead directly to internships and employment at top European maisons.

Short-term study abroad at Polimoda School in Italy
After receiving lectures on design methods and research methods, participants will undertake practical training in creating a collection, and on the final day, all participants will receive a certificate of completion. The off-campus training includes visits to Armani and Prada museums, famous fashion house outlets and vintage shops, and historical buildings.

Korean buying training
I went to Seoul, South Korea and made some purchases at wholesalers around Namdaemun and Dongdaemun. In the lively wholesaler district of South Korea, students themselves negotiate purchases on the same level as professional buyers. The purchased products are sold at the original shop of the graduation work presentation.

This is the only vocational school in Japan where you can take lectures by Oleg, a world-renowned specialist in "visual research" and "creative consulting," all year round. When hiring, famous European fashion houses place a premium on the quality of their "portfolios," which show the design process. They are also used in the evaluation of the first round of international competitions. By learning how to analyze ancient Western art history, modern advertising materials, and photographic art, and acquiring visual idea training and presentation construction skills, you will not only be able to create a portfolio, but you will also hone your analytical and thinking skills, which are essential for enhancing the originality of your brand.

With the hope that his experience and skills will help the young people who will lead the next generation, he will visit the school for two consecutive years from 2023. He will learn about the skills and knowledge required by top overseas fashion houses, such as the design creation process, specific draping techniques, the importance of highlighting skills that only you can have, and the need for language skills. He will directly teach each student using words that only an experienced active modeler can convey, while showing actual design materials and portfolios. While displaying students' portfolios, the instructor explained the creative process in an easy-to-understand manner based on practical experience. Students will acquire the foundational knowledge for launching a brand and producing a collection, and hone their sense and awareness for working on the global stage. Istituto Marangoni also focuses on digital fashion, and introduced cutting-edge technologies that integrate AI, the metaverse, and digital technology.
