The final judging for the 97th Soen Award, Japan's top fashion contest, will be held on June 27th (Tuesday).
In addition, the 16 finalists will be announced in the May issue of Sakigake Soen (released March 28th).

Two students from our school were selected as finalists among a large number of high-level works from both Japan and abroad, both professional and amateur.

This is the 14th consecutive year that our school has qualified.
Especially in the past 10 years, we have produced an impressive 32 students.

The worldview created by the students, which takes advantage of their individuality, has been praised by many designers, and the competition has achieved one of the best results in Japan, with multiple people advancing to the final round each time.

Will there be a student who will win the Soen Award (Grand Prix), surpassing our graduate student Ken Takato (pictured at the beginning), who won the Honorable Mention 1st Place (Semi-Grand Prix) the year before last? !
