At the "4th GREEN DOWN PRODUCT DESIGN COMPETITION" held by Urban Research Co., Ltd., Minori Uemoto, a third-year student in the Creative Designer course of Fashion Creator won the Grand Prize!

Sales began on January 6th at the URBAN RESEARCH Store, UR Online Store, and some THE GOODLAND MARKET stores.

This competition is a product design competition for students using "GREEN DOWN (recycled down)." Out of more than 100 entries, Mr. Uemoto's design, which won the grand prize, "can be worn in a variety of ways. It received high praise as a design that is truly in line with the SDGs, ``allowing people to wear one item for a long time without getting tired of it.''

Considering the importance of wearing one piece of clothing for a long time, we have devised a design that allows for a variety of ways to wear it.
A down item that can be worn regardless of the season, as the collar and sleeves can be removed to wear it as a down vest, or the hem can be removed to create a shorter length.

In this contest, many of our students have won prizes and commercialized products. Mr. Uemoto is also the second person to win the Grand Prize. The high design power of OIF is also on display in the field of real clothes.
